Chili's Grill - Shelton

I have visited this restaurant location twice now, both times sitting at the bar. We were lucky to have the same bartender on both occasions, and she was fantastic. She was attentive and on top of everything. I highly recommend this place for great service, and I also love their food.

I prefer this location over the one in New Haven. The restaurant was clean and the waiter was very friendly. The service was fast, which is a big plus for me. The food was delicious.

I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad for takeout on 10/13/2022 at 5:30pm. I was disappointed to find very little lettuce for the price, but this time was even worse. The lettuce was a pale brownish color, with a core and other scattered pieces also looking brownish. Additionally, there was no dressing included, which was disappointing once again.

The service completely horrible, the waitresses had no charisma at all and to complete the bad experience I touched a hair in my fries I hadn't even eaten a third of what I ordered, my boyfriend didn't let me make the claim out of shame but definitely notwe will return more to that place. we left and no one ever came up to complain or tell them to be more careful in thekitchen. there were also dirty tables it looked disgusting

Me and my husband went for a weeknight dinner, and it was wonderful. We got nachos, which were great, and a mango margarita- delicious. Our meals were cooked well and were tasty, I got the old timer burger with fries. Over alla nice place, definitelyrecommend! BTW happy hour is 3- 7 and there are $4 margaritas!
