Wendy's - Shelton

Whoever is running this franchise needs to step up and address some serious issues before they get shut down. I am SO disappointed. Every time I?ve tried to eat here, they?re either out of a majority of the menu or they get the order completely wrong. The employees are also extremely rude. There are a few nice ones, but I?ve experienced some awful service. Tonight I went to get a salad and when I received it, it was in a salad LID covered in plastic wrap (as pictured). This has got to be a health code violation. Avoid this Wendy?s until someone with more experience starts running the restaurant.

Good burgers but the fries are always soggy and they always only fill them halfway. It?s not worth getting the fries in Shelton Wendy?s. I would get a burger there and drive down the street to jack n the box for fries.

This is the third time I've encountered fries that tasted like dirt or mold, so I won't be ordering them again. The rest of the food is usually fine, but I think this location has a problem with ensuring the potatoes are clean and free from mold. I experienced some irritation in my throat and tongue afterward. While I'm not severely allergic to mold (at least not yet), it does cause tingling and some swelling for me. I can't even eat Bleu cheese!

So far this Wendy's has been amazing. Fast service and hasn't messed up once. My favorite part Is that they bad each meal separately. Very fresh food at all times as well.

Always friendly and fast. Good is always fresh and hot. The frosty machine was down but we arrived less than an hour from closing time so I understand. Our local Wendy?s is one of the best!
