Starbucks - Shenandoah

Love this store! So convenient off the freeway and speedy service even if the drive thru line is long. The staff is really helpful, communicative and if there’s ever an issue will rapidly fix it.Vegetarian options: Breakfast sandwiches and some food can be modified to fit your needsParking: Parking at all Starbucks is a challenge especially when lines are long. This location has spots infront of the building and not along the same side of the drive through which I love

Store not busy at all, ordered my coffee and payed extra at the drive through. Pulled away and what I paid for wasn’t added. To far to turn around but note to self and others. Go inside so ensure you get what you pay for!!!! Again store not busy at all no

Always pretty easy besides the wife's drink but they do tend to get it correct also.

This location is usually fine but i placed a mobile order for a drink and a cup as i was doing homework inside and didn 't wanna get up to go order. My name was called for my drink and i waited for the cup but it didn 't come so i assumed i was just supposed to go grab it off the shelf or something. as we went to leave the barista very loudly said across the building did you want to pay for that and we told her it was a mobile order. the girl next to her that gave me my drink was holding the same cup that i presume was supposed to be for me and didn 't say anything. in response we got a lousy oh sorry . will not be coming back to this location
