Has lots of individual shops within it, including Pets Corner, The Works and Edinburgh Mill.

When you erroneously scanned an item twice today and I asked for a refund after I checked my receipt, why did I not get the full value refunded? The value of the goods was £4 but I was only refunded £3.80. The manager said there was a transaction fee – but this was your error so why did I have to pay it??? I challenged it at the time but the manager really wasn’t interested in discussing this. Daylight robbery in my opinion.
