Burger King - Shepherdsville

It's great to have Burger King back in Shepherdsville! My food is always served hot and fresh!

The restaurant appeared to be extremely clean. The woman at the drive-thru was very kind and courteous. All the staff we encountered were wearing masks and gloves. The food was fresh and met our expectations perfectly.

Third time’s a charm… but not in this case. I won’t be returning. They consistently mess up my order or forget items altogether. If you decide to go, make sure to always check your bag. Nearly 90% of the time, something is missing. For instance, I ordered 8 mozzarella sticks tonight and only received 4 and a half.

The food was cold and the fry box wasn't full. I won't be returning to any burger king because there was a sign in the drive thru window stating they don't allow photo or video. They obviously don't want to be held accountable for anything. LOL

We went to this restaurant at 10:28 am and they wouldn?t take our order for lunch. That was fine we just didn?t want breakfast so we simply said we would go somewhere else. We stopped by the restroom and the staff was talking about us yelling at them and rolling our eyes and calling us names. Then another employee stated that if we came back up there to order tell them you can?t wait on them. Every employee in there were mouthing about us and quite frankly lying about us. Wouldn?t have ordered from them at that point if it was the only option I had.
