Their chorizo soya is good and if they are not busy they will make you anything with it. The very best salsa Verde. I noticed the parking lot was quite crowded when I arrived, but I was promptly greeted and seated as soon as I walked in. The menu offered a wonderful selection of delicious options. I chose one of my favorites, the chile colorado. The chips served were fresh and perfectly salted, accompanied by two types of salsa—one mild and the other with a bit more heat. Both were quite tasty. My order arrived quickly and was a generous portion. It looked fantastic and tasted even better! The chile colorado sauce was spot on, and the steak was tender without any gristle. The rice and beans were also well-prepared. I did take off one star for the store-bought tortillas, which were pre-wrapped in aluminum foil. They were a bit dry and crumbly on the outside. Overall, it was a wonderful meal, and I can't wait to return to try the carnitas!
