Rally's - Shepherdsville

I have always had a positive experience at this restaurant. The staff is friendly, and I've never encountered any missing items in my orders. The food is excellent as well. Rating: 5/5.

The experience was satisfactory. The outdoor area was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. I recommend trying the items from the 'Big Menu' for a better flavor. Overall, I would rate the food as 3 out of 5.

Ordered a Cheese Champ without onions, of course I received ONLY onions. The automated voice is annoying especially when the employee inside starts talking over top of it. The cashier Bobbie is awkward with customer interactions. And of course it is always a personal joy to see the employees smoking outside as I pull up to the drive-through. Oh yeah, the seasoning on the fries is half of what it used to be.
