Sushi Thai Tara - Shepherdsville

As a newcomer to the area, I was on the lookout for a great sushi and Thai restaurant, and I found both here. The food came out quickly and was flavorful, although they were missing some items. The yellow curry was absolutely delicious and one of the best I've had. The shrimp tempura roll needed to be adjusted several times due to shortages of their sushi ingredients. However, the final dish was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Overall, this restaurant is amazing; it just needs to improve its ingredient supply a bit.

I'm really glad they're still in business! The owner is fantastic, and I'll definitely miss her! Even though I don’t live in California, I'm still on the hunt for a Shrimp Tempura Roll that's as good as the ones at Sushi Thai Tara. I’ll be back one day. Keep it up!

A wonderful discovery, especially for its convenient location off I-65. The Thai entrees and specialties are excellent, so I recommend sticking to those. The sushi is fresh, but it is served a bit too cold for my liking. We have made this a regular stop on our trips between Nashville and Indianapolis.

My wife and I had no idea you could get sushi this good in shepherdsville. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful little place! My husband and I went here a while back and the food was so good! We loved the small town feeling but the big city taste of their food!
