White Castle - Shepherdsville

Long line in the driveway, but I parked my suv in a slot and just walked in and my order was taken immediately and was ready for me after I washed my hands! friendly and thorough manager before place! a good experience and visit! the short personal was really very good with the amount of people in the line at the through windows. they have been looking for help signs if someone is looking for a job! thanks WC lounge!

Stopped here late about 4 am and was happy there was only one car in front of me I got mozzarella sticks that were so horrible I wouldn't feed them to my dog and my burgers were the worst I've ever had I don't do left overs and that's exactly what it seemed like my almost $11. Dollar meal for one person was the buns were hard and Greece filled my fries were hard and you could tell they recooked them and the cheese Stix tasted like dish soap or something wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and won't be returning any time soon it turns my stomach to even think about it.....I understand that everyone is low staffed and don't expect perfection but if you can't do better than that close your doors!!!

Update 6/10/22: Got two 1921 sliders and they were so overcooked they were like charcoal briquettes. Dry and disgusting. Quality control apparently isn't a thing at this location. Also, 20 minute wait from ordering to leaving with food (drive-thru, was 3rd car in line). Changing to 2 stars. Update 5/10/22: They were extremely slow and not busy this evening but the food came out hot and fresh, so I still call that a win. I tried the 1921 slider, it was really good. From now on I'll probably get at least one or two with 2 regular sliders. Mmmmmmm good! /update 5/10/22 I'm usually not a big fan of White Castle except for a snack after a late night out with friends. We were watching a show about how they manufacture and create the White Castle burgers. The show made us hungry and it was lunchtime so..... we went. I definitely had a good batch of the original cheese sliders because they were perfect. Sometimes they are too soggy for me. This last trip was pretty good. First time having their onion rings, wow! They're delicious!

White Castle... home of the small burgers that will slide right through you. It is what you would expect from any other White Castle. The staff is always amazing and friendly, though service can be a bit slow at times. I'm attributing the slow service to the current state of the industry and low staffing availability. That aside, this location is almost always a go-to for my family when we're in the area.

My cousin and I stopped here on our way from Louisville to Nashville for a short layover and we ordered 6 cheese sliders, a sweet tea and ice water. I ordered sweet tea, my cousin ordered water. When our order was served we got the food we ordered by it we were given empty cups! The beverage dispenser had no sweet tea and my cuz has to get his own water. I asked the kids who were working (no not really working), where is the sweet tea. I was told it was behind the counter. I tried to give them my cup with ice to be filled and was told they couldn 't take it back. I asked if that meant I got a free complimentary beverage to which I was promptly, and somewhat rudely to boot, NO!! They gave me my beverage and sat down calmly, but somewhat irritated, and ate my food and walked outside to wait for my cuz. The food was great. The sliders were hot and fresh. Im 58 yes old and have eaten White Castle sliders since I was 8 yrs old in 6 states. This is without a doubt the worst one so far as far as customer service. The reciept clearly shows sweet tea. They should have given it to me instead of an empty cup knowing there was no dispenser. The staff obviously didn 't care. It looked like a bunch of teenagers I intend to post this same review to corporate headquarters.
