Excellent food and service, really nice to go out and enjoy a family meal. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
Fantastic food and superb service as usual. Love this place many thanks to all the Out of India staff . See you again soon
The menu offers a wide selection, and it's some of the best Indian food in Shepshed. The quality of the takeaway is also excellent.
Originally a pub, the exterior of the restaurant retains some of that charm, but upon entering, you are welcomed by a cozy seating area and a bar that flows into a modern, clean dining room divided into two sections. The staff are fantastic with a great sense of humor, often delivered with a straight face. They are attentive, professional, and always ready to assist. The food itself is a delightful experience for anyone who appreciates well-cooked Indian cuisine. It's flavorful and truly reflects what it says on the menu—if it’s labeled as hot and spicy, then it will be. Unlike some other restaurants, they don’t hold back on the heat, but there are plenty of options for those who prefer milder, creamier dishes. The chefs’ specialties make choosing a meal quite a challenge, as there are so many enticing options available. During our most recent visit, we ordered the spicy Hothun Rezalla (marinated lamb cooked with spicy chili sauce) and the milder Begum Bahar from the takeaway menu (lamb in a buttery sauce) served with well-cooked rice. The atmosphere is vibrant, especially during busy times, but the service has always been commendable. There’s ample parking available at the rear of the restaurant, and some additional spaces on the main road. I highly recommend Out of India for a memorable dining experience.
