Ho Ho - Shepway

We ordered a 4-course meal at this restaurant. Unfortunately, none of the dishes were enjoyable. The egg fried rice was missing eggs and resembled porridge, the noodle dish was overly greasy with rubbery, flavorless chicken and various tasteless ingredients, including only 2 small shrimps. The low prices should have been a hint that the food was basic and budget quality.

I recently ordered a takeaway from this restaurant through JustEat, spending £70. This was only my second time ordering from them. While we enjoyed our meal the first time, this experience was disappointing. The food I received was incorrect, and when I complained through JustEat, I was given a poor excuse. I ordered 2 portions of satay chicken but received garlic chicken instead. The excuse was that they have their own recipes and cooking techniques, but it seemed like a flimsy excuse to me. The quality of the rest of the meal was also subpar. As a fully qualified chef myself, I believe it is important for businesses to own up to their mistakes and make them right. I will not be ordering from this place again and caution others to think twice before doing so.

Great flavours, generous portions, hot and very tasty. This is one Chinese take away I’ll return to. They only accept cash, but you can order via Just Eat if you want to pay by card.

Absolutely disgusting, totally inedible. So bad it made me feels I'll, I just couldn't eat it. I'll never go there again.

The food was delicious and arrived within the expected time frame. Despite being a large order on New Year's Eve, it was delivered within an hour. I will definitely be using this restaurant regularly from now on.
