Mcdonald's - Shepway

OMG it was terrible, fist could not get order to complete,left came back in and ordered at the counter 10 min to place an order,10 min still no order asked and mucflurry seating on the top melting,lots of alarms going off just to make your wait 300%worse. You need to close the place or sack some staff.

I became abruptly uncomfortable when I came in wearing a bikini top and a pair of jeans since going to the beach prior and was ordering food and was about to change into my normal clothes. All areas of my body was covered and a worker came over to me telling me to cover up and put a shirt on. After doing so 2 lads later got kicked out for carrying a vape in their pocket. DISGUSTING. They need to be taught proper manners. Despite all of this they then proceeded to get my friends order wrong. Too busy concentrating over other people’s person lives rather then their own business.

Today, I had an amazing experience with the manager of this restaurant. As I was passing by after buying a cheeseburger, I witnessed a young lady faint and have a seizure right in front of me on the street. Another passerby and I rushed to help her, but it was the quick thinking and assistance of the manager and worker Dan/Tom that really made a difference in helping the lady recover and get additional help.

Terrible now delivery service from this store, always items missing and the store couldn’t care less when you contact them. Avoid this one for deliveries

Despite emailing them at the start of the month about this issue, nothing seems to have been done about the self service screens not issuing receipts, despite the machine saying “take your receipt to the counter “. There seems to be no urgency in sorting this problem out, so having fought your way through the hoards of delivery drivers, you’ve no proof of purchase when you get to the counter; someone could easily claim your order, especially if it’s busy. Two days in a row, no receipt, first complaint to McDonald’s about this issue, 1st September. Very poor.
