We had a friend take us to Taverne Alexandre for their amazing smoke meat and we found just that and more! The sandwich was delicious, not fatty and very tendre. It has to be the best or very close to it smoke meat sandwich I've ever had! What made me happy is that the service was impeccable, most servers have been working there for years. Our server even shook our hands when we left even if it was our first time there! I herd they make great European style hot dogs as well. Go there to enjoy an old style tavern ambiance and an amazing smoke meat sandwich.
