Lesnack Poutines - Sherbrooke

Without a doubt, this is the best poutine I've ever had. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of poutine options! You can choose between small and medium sizes; the medium portions are priced around $17, which is more expensive than other places, but it's absolutely worth it. I’ve heard some negative comments about the service, but our experience was prompt, especially since we didn't dine in.

I dined at this restaurant on July 13th, 2023, and my experience was disappointing. When I attempted to customize my order, the staff member informed me that there would be additional charges for certain ingredients. This led me to decide to cancel my order and choose something else from the menu. However, before I had even made a payment or before they started preparing my Poutine, the gentleman rudely insisted that the price was fixed and couldn’t be adjusted. I felt pressured to pay for something I didn't want. I politely reiterated that I no longer wanted the item and began to leave, but he remarked that I was "not the best customer." I wished him luck and left the restaurant. I hope my review serves as a warning to others.

U can’t imagine how rude and stupid the waiter is . Never go there anymore. Disgusting

The restaurant staff and owners have had a troubling attitude towards delivery drivers. They pressured me to cancel my orders because they were unable to prepare them in a timely manner. When I refused to cancel, they went so far as to file complaints with Uber Eats in an attempt to jeopardize my job. The food is decent, although it was better when you could dine in at the restaurant. Now that it's primarily take-out and delivery, I've often received poutine with the cheese already melted, which is disappointing.

Terrible customer service. Very rude. Go to Louis if you want a poutine, don’t support this restaurant.
