Food, atmosphere, and service – all five stars! We were attended to by the owner, who was not only friendly but also bilingual. She quickly informed us that they don’t serve alcohol (it’s BYO). Instead of drinks, we indulged in the food; we had the soup of the day, fish and chips, and steak frites, along with coffee and a lemon balm cheesecake. Everything was outstanding! The tartar sauce and aioli that accompanied the fish and chips were incredibly delicious. You could taste the freshness in everything, all made in-house. The restaurant was completely packed, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The vibe was trendy yet cozy, featuring rustic wooden tables and modern lighting. The staff was efficient and well-trained, often popping up to assist. I would definitely return (and I’ll remember to bring a bottle of wine next time!). Thank you for an excellent meal and a wonderful culinary experience!

The food here is excellent, always served hot. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere has a charming country-modern vibe. I would definitely return with family and friends.

Fantastic food and excellent service! The only downside was that the music genre changed frequently, which made the atmosphere a bit confusing. I will definitely come back. I love it here!

I had some not so great experiences in this restaurant, but last night that everything changed. The food and service was great from the beginning to the end. There were only 2 servers (they should 4) and the restaurant was full. The waiting period was longer than usual (but obviously completely expected and accepted) that the service was impeccable, professional and very friendly, despite short work. The new cook and his team were amazing. I had the salad, soup, fried Calamari and cattle cheeks with Petersnip purée. Every bite was close to perfection, flavors, presentation and all hot meals came at the temperature you expect. I was so amazed that I had to thank the chef and his team who did a great job. I wanted to ask the whole restaurant to shy the servers, but a little shy (lol). My only regret is too full to taste their desserts, all made in the restaurant. They also try locally if possible. All this to know, méchant steak is now back on the menu as one of our favorite « go to places », merci encore!

I like this spot for casual dining and lunch. I like their fish and chips as well as steak frites. I like the western style decor and I have always had good service there. Also, very good fries.
