Restaurant Eggsquis - Sherbrooke

Went there on Sunday morning with wife and son on our road trip to Quebec City. We ordered Egg Benedict, Egg Florentine and sandwich. Pretty and this place is well packed.

This restaurant never disappoints. There is something on the menu for everyone. Pricing is competitive. Good quality food and quick service. Can be long waits on busy weekends.

Lots of options, very family friendly. Plan ahead because there is usually a waiting line. Quick service. Good prices!

We went for brunch at this restaurant on March 21, 2015 with three adults and two children. The meals were all beautifully served with fresh fruits, accompanied by very good coffee which they leave a carafe on the table. The service was fast and friendly. This particular Eggsquis has limited space, so there is usually a wait of 10-20 minutes to be seated. They are open daily from 6AM to 3PM and offer excellent value and daily specials. The prices are reasonable considering the fresh fruit served in winter. We often dine here or at the Portland restaurant on Saturdays before shopping in the city, and have always found it consistent in all aspects.

From the pancakes with fruit and custard to the omelettes and breakfast potatoes.. This place is on point. Fast friendly service, good coffee, well priced.
