Contribuisci feedbackIt took them two hours to deliver my order, and I paid $70 for it. When it finally arrived, I noticed they had forgotten to include the box of sushi I ordered. Not only was the delivery extremely late, but it seems like they also lost part of my order, which is unacceptable. I had to pay full price for this experience. Absolutely terrible service—I'll never order from here again!
I never had a negative experience here, excellent service and sushi.
Order an hour before pick-up! they are only open from 11:00 to 3:00 clock. some in-house restaurants. no masks. I was with the maki and super maki. I would have paid $17 without the winning tonsoup. So if they don't have a coin, sushi is not cheap, but it's better than their supermarket variant!
Dining here is usually a pleasure, but the wait time can be quite frustrating. I’ve tried calling earlier each time, but I still receive an estimated wait of over an hour. I called today at 5 PM, thinking I’d have a better chance, but they said my order wouldn’t be ready until 7 PM. It’s quite ridiculous.
It is not in order to let the customer wait while the cashier is always on the phone with order. we were 3 in line, 1 after waiting for over 15 min. and it took an eternality before she could take our order.
