When I went back in for a refund, the woman at the counter refused and the manager yelled at me to leave. It was a frustrating experience and it's disappointing that the staff lacked basic customer service skills. I had to escalate the issue to corporate and will not be returning to this Tim Hortons location.
This restaurant has a policy of NO pictures inside. That is to say that you are not welcome to take pictures of any part of the Restaurant and you are limited to selfies. Before you take pictures inside this establishment you should ask the employees or manager.
Any of the Tim Hortons diners a are great for a quick bite, but make sure you ash for Cafe au lait or its black ,same goes for the Tea.
It is very small. There is no seating area. In the evening the service is a bit slow (only one man was working at 9 PM), in the morning it was fast.
It was nice to find a friendly place to grab a bite. Both English and French were spoken. Hot chili was down to about half of a bowl, so I was not charged for it. The soup was delicious. My husband, Jerry, had a chicken club, which he really liked. My husband insisted that I eat something else. I went to the counter, and I asked if the glazed doughnuts had cinnamon. I told him that I was now highly allergic to cinnamon. He said that he didn't want to have me take the chance. I had told him that I now carry a pen for this allergy. I was so pleased that they treated it seriously.
