We're enjoying our stay here—the grounds, the rooms, the pool, and the kids' room are all great. However, the food at the restaurant is simply awful for such high prices. For dinner, my child's meal, which was included in the accommodation cost, arrived without any bread. What kind of logic is that? As for the beer, you might as well not sell it at all; the water for 350 rubles is ridiculous. The ribs with fries came cold, and four chicken wings for 470 rubles is just unacceptable. I honestly can’t understand the reviews saying the food is amazing; it seems like some people don't know what good food is. P.S. I'm just hoping that breakfast will be enjoyable.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, but they really lack a key holder and spa services. In the summer, there’s not much to do besides the pools. The tennis court is at an extra cost, and on rainy days, there's nowhere to warm up. A sauna would also be a great addition. However, the territory is large and lovely, especially in the evening when the lights are on. The restaurant serves delicious food. Unfortunately, children are not allowed in the karaoke area; it's for ages 18 and up.

A wonderful restaurant, just like the entire complex. It's stylish, tasty, and has a warm atmosphere. It's a great place for families with children in Sheregesh, featuring a nice playroom.
