Great experience here. We were on the road, desperately seeking anything healthy without spending an hour searching for food. A super nice employee named Angel helped me out by suggesting a lettuce-wrap sandwich. I was out the door in five minutes, sandwiches in hand. It was very good. Thanks Angel!
The sandwiches are consistently excellent. However, it would be great to have salt and pepper available on the table.
I visited this restaurant for lunch a few times, and I noticed that their menu has only offered sandwiches during my last two visits. However, the sandwiches were delicious and served quickly.
However, the staff seemed young and displayed a somewhat robotic demeanor, lacking in basic verbal courtesy. It was clear from their facial expressions and body language that they were not particularly engaged or happy to be there. That said, the food was served quickly and was quite delicious, with generous portions. While the prices reflect the quality of the food, they do not account for the poor customer service. If one of my young employees had behaved this way, I would have provided additional customer service training. When such training is ignored, it may lead to a conversation about termination, which is unfortunate but necessary.
