As most places are right now, they seemed very short staffed. My order took quite a bit longer than I expected. But the food was hot and fresh. The staff, clearly overworked, were pleasant and moving as quickly as they could. However, they did lose some business as customers grew impatient and left before being attended to.
Ordered a pizza for carry out. Picked up and took it home to find out the pizza was cold and raw dough along with our bread sticks. Called several times and there was no answer during business hours. We also noticed that the cleanliness of the franchise was very, very dirty. That's to bad because we like little Ceasars but will never eat it again.
We just picked up our pizza that we ordered online, and I must say, these guys are fantastic! The pizza was perfect, the breadsticks were spot on, and everything was ready for pickup right on time. This is our second time ordering from them in the last month, and the results have been consistently excellent. Great job, team—you really hit it out of the park!
It 's Little Caesar 's......it 's not usually hot n ' ready between the hours of 4pm-8pm as the commercials state. You usually wait. So if you want your pizza when you walk in, order online or use the newly installed Pizza Portal(also online through the LC app). Edit: Nevermind. Ordering online OR using the pizza portal makes NO difference. Still have to wait. Done giving this specific store chances. Waste of time.
