Little Caesars Pizza - Sheridan

I ordered an Old World pepperoni pizza, but instead, I received a regular pepperoni pizza with all the toppings piled in the center. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the employee who made the pizza yelled at me and then hung up. I decided to go to the store to get the pizza corrected and to confront them about the disrespectful phone call. Upon my arrival, the same employee yelled, "If he doesn't like the f***ing pizza, he doesn't have to come back." I requested either a refund or a new pizza, and while they did provide me with a new pizza, it was still incorrect. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to avoid this place as well.

I ordered the Old World Pepper Chocolate pizza, but instead I received a standard Pepper Chocolate with all the toppings piled in the center. Upon my arrival, the same employee shouted, “If he doesn't like the f@#*ing pizza, he doesn't have to come back.” I asked for either a refund or the correct pizza, but the replacement was still incorrect. I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have consistently faced issues when trying to order online from this restaurant. I called the store eight times, and after numerous attempts, they finally picked up. Unfortunately, when I tried to place my order, the person on the other end kept disconnecting before I could finish. This frustrating experience has occurred during my last two attempts to order from them.

It 's Little Caesar 's......it 's not usually hot n ' ready between the hours of 4pm-8pm as the commercials state. You usually wait. So if you want your pizza when you walk in, order online or use the newly installed Pizza Portal(also online through the LC app). Edit: Nevermind. Ordering online OR using the pizza portal makes NO difference. Still have to wait. Done giving this specific store chances. Waste of time.

I ordered a small Caesar's pizza through DoorDash, but it arrived on its side. I ended up having to call the store for an hour, and my order was ultimately suspended without resolution.
