Pizza Hut - Sheridan

Ordered showed up 20 minutes later and waited there an extra 40 minutes and only got half my order

Ordered 6 pepperoni, 6 cheese, 6 hamburger to feed a baseball team after our game. Called at 11 am and placed the order for 8pm. Showed up at 8 15 and only had 12 ready. Waited 45 minutes for the rest of the order that they simply forgot. For orders like mine, take your business somewhere else

We picked up an order under Nick Cobb at about 9:40 last night and just wanted to say this is the best Pizza Hut order we’ve gotten in at least two years! The people were fantastic, the food was RIGHT, everything was hot, fresh and delicious. It’s not often that we’ve gotten good service or food in a while from fast food, and this was phenomenal. Yes I used phenomenal and Pizza Hut in the same sentence!!! Thank you very much for all the people that worked last night to make sure our order was right and delicious!!!!! I wish I would have remembered to get pics of everything but we were SO excited to eat! Also we got sauce for my naked wings and cheese sticks that was not old tasting too! Corporate y’all need to make sure you keep these people that worked last night because they delivered and made me a regular again!!!

We ordered 6 pieces of chicken wing traditional. But when we received only 5 pieces plus the whole bone in there. It looks like someone ate that before they delivered to us. We will never order anything again from pizza hut.

Waited over 3 hours for 2 medium pizzas and they never even started cooking them Sheridan Arkansas pizza hut is the worst you would think when they brought in new manager last year that thing would get better but it has gotten worse ?
