Franklin's Pizza House Grill - Sherman

I work across the street yet I can always rely on Franklins for a great Pan pizza and ice cold cherry Coke whenever in need! Some of the best pizza I've ever had! Would and will always recommend them to any customer that walks through my doors and is also looking for a place to eat!

I called to place my order, the girl answered said franklins that was all.. I said can I order a large cheese and pepperoni pizza? She said yep 20 minutes, hangs up the phone . Didn 't ask for my name or nothing.. I send my dad to pick up the pizza he gets it comes home and says all he smelled was gas inside, the girl didn 't great him at all, he paid with credit card and the girl and another blonde girl both were clueless on how to ring out the card. Then told him he was all set but they still had his credit card.. very poor customer service, and lacked knowledge of what they were doing.

Really enjoyed our pizza and staff was super friendly....I'll definitely return :

The best part was the dough, and the service. Good homemade pizza dough, and good, friendly, quick service! But the rest; the sauce, the cheese, the pepperoni, was just normal . Not bad, but not great. I greatly appreciated the kind service though! That 's something you don 't get very often anymore. Thanks, Franklin 's!
