Branches Fresh Food Experience

Although food is quite tasty, everything is made in advance and heated up for service. Fresh food taste is missing as a result. Seems to be a very large number of staff (what do they all do?) as service could certainly be improved. Always have to ask for something rather than have it offered or brought to you when needed. Coffee is good but gets cold very fast outside as cups rest on glass table top. Good luck getting a refill. Coasters of some kind would help that issue. Good menu ideas but preparing it all ahead of time just doesn't do it.

Ordered 2 pizzas, water and fruit juices. Place not busy.Water was warm no ice. Just before we got our pizza we had to ask our waiter where our drinks were. Our pizza arrived before our drinks order, with I am sorry I forgot. We never saw our waiter again. Half way through eating our pizza another waitress ask us if everything was ok. Just after we finished eating there was a mix up with a pizza order. So most of the waitresses and waiters are now eating this pizza in the kitchen (we could see them from our table) while we are sitting waiting for someone to ask us if we want desserts or coffee or just clear our plates. So after 15 minutes we just got up and paid at the counter. I have never had such terrible service in any other restaurant I have been too. The one highlight was the thin crust pizza was very good and the lady that makes the pizza came over after we had eaten to see if we had like it.

Any time of the year you can enjoy the terrific food, service and atmosphere! Organic, sustainable food makes for relish eats! Christmas time you'll feel like your in a wonder land!

Food is excellent and service is good. Some areas of the restaurant are noisier than others, but if you can get a quieter area, it is great for a get-together with friends.

Casual dining or date worthy dining branches is great for both. Their outdoor eating area is so peacful and beautiful with high tablea and garden of flowers and trees and waterfall surrounding it. A definite must go and see.
