First time I came here it was amazing , that's why I came back. Second time however ; was very gross . I came around 3 :00 on a Thursday . My fries were poutined with old fries. Burger was not very hot , telling by the texture it was sitting in the broiler steamer for a few hours. Apple pie , also not fresh . Texture showed it was sitting under heat lamp for a bit too long than microwaved for 2 minutes scolding hot center) $16.00 for this mess . I hope a manager takes notices that people eat at different times of the day and food should be fresh EVERY TIME of the day not just lunch and supper).

Normally good service. tried har65 coupon so complicated and confusing on app then get to end and only allowed one burger at $1.65. what a waste of time for only one burger

Like my Harvey's fix when I come to the city however this time 3:00 pm fries and rings served had been sitting under the heat lamp way to long. Would have sent them back but on a time limit. You can do better than that. Throw them in the trash and make fresh, that way you don't get negative feedback.
