This was my first time trying this restaurant and it was a wonderful experience! It is locally owned and has a luxurious feel. The cappuccino was rich and full-bodied, the perfect size, and the croissant was flaky and buttery with a satisfying crunch. We also tried the Cap’n Crunch donut, which was deliciously sweet. I recommend sharing it with someone else! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend giving this place a try - their coffee is better quality and more affordable than the big chains. As for kid-friendliness, we brought our 8-month-old in a stroller and were able to sit without getting in the way of other guests.
This coffee shop in Sherwood Park is excellent. I tried a pour-over coffee, a brewed tea, and some pastries, all of which were well made and delicious. The service was friendly and efficient. The facility was clean and had accessible washrooms. Even though I was just passing through the area, I will definitely come back for coffee the next time I am in town. I would give it a 5/5 for the food.
Always a pleasure to stop in here! They have a simple menu that hits all the right notes coffee, coffee, and more coffee! They offer delicious foods (some of which are freshly made from Everyday Food Co, just a few doors down). They usually have vegetarian options available as well. Staff are friendly and the service is with a smile. There is plenty of seating inside and parking outdoors along the strip mall they are located in.
Picked up some items out in Sherwood Park today and finally had the opportunity to stop in and experience Roasti Coffee Co.They're located in a small stripe of stores. There's ample parking available, including handicap parking right out front. The atmosphere was awesome; there' seating both inside and outside and the foot traffic was constant for their quaint location. The mix of clientele was enjoyable to watch; friend dates, whole family of four, casual meet ups, the solo remote worker on their laptop, lunch time eaters and moms taking the much needed caffeine break with their kiddos...this place sees it all.Their menu is simple yet hits all the notes. As always I ordered a cup of their drip coffee to stay, picking their Brazilian Dark Roast and an Italian Cheese bread sandwich which they kindly heated up for me. My first sip of coffee, oh my...it was smooth, flavorful and so nice. Added some sugar and cream as I waited for my sandwich. And let me tell you, the sandwich was delicious. While I was probably making happy noises as I ate, server came over and asked how everything was tasting. Got the chance to talk about their food products, which are all made locally, Carley gave me all the info.Their weekly sandwiches come from Everyday Food Co. all week and weekend, who are located just two doors down. Since Everyday Food Co. doesn't have any indoor seating, many buy their meals there (options that are not sold at Roasti) and then come over and grab a coffee and enjoy both at Roasti. King of Tastes creates Vegan options and are available from Thursday to Sunday at Roasti. And if that wasn't cool enough, Fox Donuts can be found on Saturdays. Any donuts that are still available on Sunday, are sold at a discount.Took a seat at the counter against the wall and people watched for an hour. I brought my Kindle but I couldn't stop watching the people who came to get their caffeine/sweet tooth fix or those working behind the counter. I love the art of coffee. From the espresso art, pour over, milk foaming, coffee grinding, cold brew pouring....love it all. Their cups and plates also need to be mentioned. When staying in to enjoy your choice drink or food, their cups and plates are beautiful. This just adds to the experience of their products.People cleaned up the tables themselves and no sooner did they leave, another person or group would enter and need the space. Though they were constantly busy, each new order was made and served in a timely manner and with a smile and typically with small talk as they knew almost everyone in some way.As an added bonus, the pour over that was being made in front of me was a Sugar Cane Decafe. There was a little extra left over and all the servers tried it and were all impressed. I too was even offered a taste. I was then given a bit of back story of how this coffee was created and it was such a nice touch. I love all things coffee so this was such an added treat.Wasn't ready to stop trying their menu so I order their Nitro and a Cinnamon Bun, which they again offered to heat up for me. My Nitro was served in a glass cup since I was staying. The color was beautiful and watching it settle was pretty. The Cinnamon Bun was fresh, sweet and just perfection.Selection of alcoholic drinks are available too, including locally made Sea Change. How cool is that! There's kids books for the lil ones to look at while parents enjoy their cup, as well as a place to recycle coffee bags and they're doing a Roasti After Dark Jazz Night!!There's two bathrooms, both have doorways that can easily accommodate a wheelchair. They are painted brightly and are nice and clean. Small cabinets are located in them that offer feminine hygiene products too if needed. This place has to be my favorite Café that I have discovered. Everyone who works there chatted with me during my hour long visit. From coffee, to food and even tattoos; no subject was left out and I wish I got all of their names to give them a shout out.Hands down, I will make the drive out again.
