Swiss Chalet - Sherwood Park

We had Take Out for Fish N Chips and I'm sorry, but we were not pleased with the product? The chips were oily and shriveled and the fish was just OK Had better at other resturants!

Didn’t send half the food .. the food that was sent was dry cold. Requested gluten-free they added a bun to the order ? And took out the chicken. This location has now let the family down twice. They didn’t care about fixing the situation nor did they besides a 5dollar refund

We have long been a fan of Swiss Chalet and often will get Swiss Chalet for family dinners. Did just that several weeks back and did the takeout thing. We very clearly asked for dipping sauce and no gravy. We even asked the counter attendant to confirm dipping sauce was in bag stapled so we couldn't check and he assured us it was. Arrived at our son's house to find no dipping sauce , no buns no butter for the baked potato , no utensils and no napkins. Honestly ruined the dinner for me and I did not consume even half of my chicken. Ruined a family dinner. We emailed to complain and they apologized and offered a credit for the missing sauce! Seriously? My wife followed up with the store and they offered her $20 : ruined a family dinner and they didn't get it. So enough , are decision we just won't go there again. Service makes the difference and they just don't get it.

I ordered the fish and chips my partner a chicken sandwich. The waitress was very good the food was delivered very quickly . My complaint is this fish should not come on the plate looking like a plank of mahogany wood on a bed of fries that look like they have sat there for awhile. The waitress took the price of the fish of my recipt but what I did eat tasted burned. All I can say is stick to chicken dont try and cook anything else.

This is a newly renovated place. Please don’t sit in the 1st 3 booths which seat only 2 near the door which is situated right behind the back of the fireplace wall and away from the actual restaurant Very awkward booths! It’s very cold from the outside door continuing to be used and you’re sitting looking into Harvey’s fast foods! Service in these booths is forgotten and service is slow had to ask for service Food prices are up I guess you’re paying for their renovations Food was just Ok better before their renovations Might be new management so I’m hoping they listen to their customers Won’t be back any time soon
