Baja Fresh Mexican Grill - Sherwood

Terrible service. Steak Burrito was perhaps the worst I had.

Baja Fresh was anything but fresh. It was my first time to eat in Baja Fresh, so I have nothing to compare, and maybe because we ate there near closing time, but the food was terrible. The Burritos were so dry that they were practically unusable. We had to spill salsa to reduce the food. We were hungry and desperate, otherwise we would probably have thrown out the food. Unfortunately, the salsa was not very good either.

I went for a crispy fish taco that is usually good... today, but I was quite disappointed. The fried piece of fish in my taco was about a third of the normal size, and I could see that it was cut and was quite small. I thought about asking the counter-aid about it, but they have already argued with a customer who tried to change an order after it was prepared. Maybe the owner will be careful when they realize that they get bad reviews.

I lived here for 4 years, this place is constantly rude. They argued with me when my Burito had cheese and shouldn't. I had to open them to show them, then they didn't apologize for making a mistake. My family loves food so I can tolerate it. I went to Thurs with my online order to avoid some of the not customer service. So the ladie was rude to the right of the bat. I showed my online order that my wife ordered. She gave it to me and gave me a drink. I told her I paid. Sh say no you't. So I paid for another drink, went to the car and noticed I paid for it.

The staff was so rude, and the Mexican burrito I had was disgusting. I normally love Baja fresh but my experience at this location was just terrible.
