Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable employees, they are also very kind, very clean location, looks very organized, 1st experience at this location will definitely have me going back, the have a new drink, and a few more side options, can't wait to go back

If i could give this location no stars, i would. I?ve been coming to this location since it opened. I have been getting my smoothie kiwi quencher with No Yogurt sub mango for 5 years. Today i went to the newest one near me , not only were they rude and wouldn?t make my smoothie . They also didn?t have change to even allow me to place my order. I sent my husband up to the store to order the same thing after i left , They didn?t allow him to order my smoothie so i canceled our whole order. How can you tell me you can?t make my smoothie. not knowing if I?m allergic to yogurt products, this is discrimination and i will not be returning. Should really hire people with better customer service

Had a Baja Wrap. It was tasty after I gave it a sprinkle of salt. Next time, I'll leave off the pickled onions. The team member at the drive-up was very friendly and patient in answering my questions. This was my first-ever visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Excellent smoothies the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is because I went thru the drive thru one particular day and paid with cash and the girl taking my money asked for a tip. Really? that will never get you a tip from me your service is what gets you a tip but only if I feel like you went above and beyond tips are earned not given.

This is a fairly new shop. Not sure everyone has experience yet. I am sure it will improve. The smoothie was delicious. The flatbread sandwich was stale.
