Contribuisci feedbackNeed I say more? Terrible service with such a low desire of making anyone's day say just a little bit better. Can't enjoy a simple take-out pizza without 1 or more errors. Want light sauce? I guess they don't offer that. Want extra cheese? Also seems to be a priviledge to see come true. Don't true to reason with the manager about a messed up order as they might just hang up on yiu immediately. If you ever do get a chance to have your order corrected, they expect every last crumb of food that they had given you before they offer you the new order. Nothing about this location offers the professionalism and courtesy that a restaurant should have. Just a bunch of employees working hour after hour not caring when or how... or if... their food ever gets to the customer.
I ordered our pizza 2 hours ago, we still do not have it. I called customer service and they and I can not get anyone to answer the phone. An hour late it was marked free and another hour later no pizza. This is not customer service at all, it’s already my kids bed time.
Ordered some pizzas with some friends and it was good. The pizzas arrived on time (and quite) warm with that fresh steam coming from the box. All in all the four of us were pleased with the order and the really only gripe we had was that the sauce of the BBQ pizza basically drowned the taste away. I know that's not the typical pizza sauce however, take it as a warning with that sauce. The bottom line here is that if you're looking for quick pizza that is good with a reasonable price then this Pizza Hut can hit that mark. Would I recommend? Yes Would I go back? Yes
We had the worst experience ever at Pizza Hut in Sherwood. We ordered two pizzas, and wings. The cajon dry rub wings are good. Our pizza wasn't good...my wife ordered light sauce just like we always do, but after she got home with them they have heavy sauce on them ...Yuck...So I called them to let them know and got accused of playing a joke. Then my wife got on the phone and asked for a manager. She tried to explain but the manager hung up on her So please don't wast your time or money. At the HWY 107 location!!!
I used to order a lot from this location, but today will be my last time. The service has been terrible lately. First, several months back, I received breadsticks with no seasoning at all on them. Just plain bread. Second, I had a babysitter last week. I left her my card and told her to have them deliver as they are the only ones who deliver to my house. She ordered a pizza and mistakenly gave them the wrong address. However, rather than calling to question it, the driver simply went back to the store and never followed up. She called after an hour and he said he couldn 't find her. She asked why he didn 't call and he just shrugged it off. After a 2nd hour she finally received her pizza with no offer of compensation or an apology. Lastly, today I ordered online for pickup. I checked multiple times that I 'd marked extra pepperoni before submitting. When I get there the pizza has extra cheese. I politely said it was supposed to have extra pepperoni. I was informed that the website has been having issues, but it says extra cheese. No offer to fix it, again, no apology, nothing. If you know your website has had issues then why would you not say, I 'm sorry, we 've been having problems. Can I remake it for you? I 'm tired of messing with this place and tired of giving them my money for bad service.
