Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Oh, they had some very fast service friendly courtesy and can I add the food was all so delicious I had that salad

Fries are never seasoned, the toast in the toast basket was either as it was on the photo (not the eaten part obviously) either not roasted or burned

I love Zaxbys, but I'm quite disappointed at my recent visit. I just placed an order on her mobile app for a grilled chicken sandwich, pommes and a coke. I live 3 minutes from this Zaxby. As soon as I placed the order on the mobile app, I picked up the order. It took 20 minutes, 20 minutes to make my order from the time I arrived to get it. I wanted to let this go and not complain, but when I came home to open my sandwich and eat it, I was less than impressed by how sloppy it was put together. There was a tiny one, and I mean my TINY sprinkle from Salat on what is unacceptable. For how long it took to make my order, I would think it would have been done right and it was not. I put a picture below to show how my sandwich looked when I opened it. As you can see, hardly a salad. It's just scandalous. Zaxby has to do this right or I'm not back. The girl in the window was also not very welcoming and a bit rude.

My family loves Zaxby's 10 pieces chicken finger and pommes. You have a unique tasting diving sauce that is not sharp. My teenager prefers to go to Zaxby when ordering chicken pliers. You have a person who takes your order since the line was long. I would have rated her five, but hate to move in the busy street if I left the place.

Once at the window my experience was great! Git my order and paid in maybe 1 min, 2 at most. However, I sat in line a long time so that's the only reason I took off a star. Other than that, a good experience. Will definitely come back.
