This is one of the best Omakase Sushi culinary experience in my life!! Master cook and owner, Takashi Okumura san, is great!! The food course is valuable.

It was delicious that the ingredients, rice shrimp, shellfish, and red uni are not tasted at Shimonseki's specialty sushi restaurant. If you go to Shimonseki, you can not miss this shop!
