Bruegger's Bagels - Shirlington

They have pretty decent bagels and sandwiches (if a little overpriced) but they are always amazingly slow. Usually they are understaffed but even when 6 people are working it takes forever to get any sandwiches or just bagels out. I don’t know if the staff need better training or what but they have to fix that. Also they have a review system where if you leave 5 stars you get free food which has to be against whatever corporate policy they have to get better rankings.

Friendly and fast service, great bagel with cream cheese, and really good vanilla iced coffee. Liliana was especially helpful, definitely will become a regular here!

Ordered two specialty bagels sandwiches and both spreads were not put on the bagel. This is the third straight time they have missed the spread.

The bagels were good. They have many flavours an the staff was also were good. I had order for 15 bagels but still they served very patiently

No one acknowledges you when you wait in line. There have been multiple times I 've waited 5-7 minutes next in line to order and not one of the 5-7 people behind the counter say hi or please wait a moment. When they finally get to you, they often mess up your order. Once, they forgot to put the salmon in a Smoked Salmon sandwich. Try something else in the Arlington area.
