Atmosphere is amazing, great decor and ambiance. Food is decent for hookah bar/lounge. Service is terrible the girls they hire are simply not there to serve but to only look pretty. Re-train management to set higher standard on service especially when the gratitude is automatically added. Since the owner is obviously someone that lacks emotional intelligence. I will help you fix a knowledge gap that you seem to be hyping up on. Had a $700 table .. I had to constantly ask your useless staff for plates, glasses, coals. They are waitresses they are meant to be overlooking and providing service to that table. Especially if you’re going to automatically add over $100 let me Atleast get some decent service. It also make sense why your staff is the way they are. Poor leadership always brings out poor performance. I see that the owner deleted their reply. No worries. Food was good, but service left much to be desired. The upstairs lounge seemed busy but the main dining room was literally empty; it was a little on the later side (9pm) but the staff did not indicate they were not prepared for dining room service and seated us. White wine was poured without presenting the bottle, which turned out to be room temperature.

The restaurant was empty on a sat night, which should've been a sign. Wines by the glass were mediocre. Food selection was limited as compared to other Lebanese restaurants. All 4 dishes ordered were pretty bad, chicken was hard and dry. Service was just ok. I would never return.

Took my GF here to ask her to marry me on a saturday night. Not only was it easy to have flower delivered, they called in advance to ask my table preference. Finally they congratulated us with sparklers and a bottle of champagne. I'm sure I'll be coming here at least annually from now on.
