The soda machine is always broken and there is often no ice or syrup available.

I was really grossed out when I found a nail in my tuna sandwich while I was eating at this restaurant. I hope the owner or manager contacts me soon to address this issue. It made me feel very disgusted.

If you order online, be aware that they skimp on portion sizes and the restaurant is not very clean. I recommend trying the other location on Fairfax Drive instead of this one.

I work in the area and have been going to this restaurant for lunch several times a week. The prices are reasonable and the food is consistently good. The staff is friendly.

The quality is consistent throughout. I ordered the veggie max sandwich. My only critique is that there appears to be cross contamination between the meats and the vegetables, and there is no separate knife for vegetarian choices.
