Subway - Shirlington

Stopped by for a sub today and staff was clearly not into their job. lack of caring, very lethargic action with no sense of purpose, no smiles, didn't listen to my order and I had to continually repeat what I was saying to them and they still got the order wrong. They just didn't want to be there, overall just an awful experience for a brand that is already in decline.

Used to be okay. But rude and confused staff refused to add ingredients to a numbered sandwich literally said nothing but lettuce and tomato comes with sweet onion teriyaki. They deserve better on this Army post.

Probably the rudest and most impatient people I've personally encountered. No other customers but me on a slow Sunday but still truly unpleasant.The older lady was exceptionally rude.

Good food at a good price with great service. I see a lot of negative reviews for this place, but my experience here was really good. Deshapriya (picture below) listened very carefully to what I wanted and made sure my sandwich had everything I wanted in the amounts I wanted.

Just no. Go anywhere else or go hungry before eating here. Issues with communication, hair in my food, and being overcharged all in one visit.
