Wendy's - Shirlington

I genuinely like Wendy's, however the level of service at this location needs some work. I can't have some of the normal ingredients and so I customize my order, seems normal, right? Last time they didn't make it right, so I thought it was a fluke and decided to give it another shot, only to get home and once again be disappointed that they didn't make my burger to how I ordered it on the mobile app, but they even added onions (which I severely dislike) instead of lettuce and still made it with bread when I ordered without a bun. I don't know how they can consistently mess up on order customizations, so I've been going to another location on King Street where they do things the right way.

I have never seen such a disgusting and rude business.They are never ready on time, they kick people out especially at night, the authorities need to send inspectors here

Check ur food at drive thru. The young man definitely doesn’t care about his job and intentionally give u a correct order. Same guy always at window, I got so fed up that I reversed in drive thru and made them correct my order. It’s unfair to the entire staff that was very polite and accommodating. Please get rid of the man in drive thru my order was from 6:30-6:50 on January 27th, 2024. I swear if I see this man again I will no longer come here

They always forget my drink and when I tried to tell the druve thru cashier he forgot my drink he told me he had already given it to me? He had not. It was weird.
