Highly recommend for larger groups- we had a happy hour for a huge group— everyone comfortably spread out. The patatas bravas were absolutely amazing- super crisp with a spicy sauce on top. The yucca/plantain chips were yum and the wings were good (nothing special but great). My friend loved everything she got.
The drinks were surprisingly amazing. A lot of the combinations had me skeptical but once I tried them, I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered 3 plates to try. We got the seafood socarrat. This dish was a little disappointing bc it didn’t come out looking as it was advertised on the website. This dish is supposed to be a paella however the rice wasn’t crispy, it was underdone and hard. The seafood was also a little disappointing. We got the ricotta gnocchi which was really good and super flavorful. We also got the Wagyu beef slider, could have been better. Atmosphere was nice with good views. Would come back for happy hour cocktails.
My low rating was for the food. Nothing I ate or saw on the menu was amazing, but I’d return for happy hour and the great service! We came here for our team holiday dinner and the servers/atmosphere were great! The food didn’t do it for me, but everyone that works here is super sweet. They went above and beyond to provide us great service, and it was appreciated. We will definitely be back for happy hour!Parking: There is a paid lot in the building.
Great place for cocktails and a tasty bite to eat. Lots of veggie choices. The “gyro” was somehow really nicely balanced and tasted healthier and fresh. Gold digger and passion fin off the cocktail menus. Went for lunch and bummed that the small plates weren’t available until dinner bc really wanted the beet gluten free pasta. Gallery of mostly pop art. Fun space fun drinks. Inside ballston mall above true foods.
Service and atmosphere are fantastic. Shareable drinks are reasonably priced for medium-sized groups. However, the food may not be worth it. Most dishes seem to come with polenta or grit-style sides. The Wagyu beef slider, in particular, was overcooked; I strongly advise against ordering it. All other dishes are mediocre and would recommend dining options in the food court of the Ballston Mall.
