It has to be the best restaurant to go to while you’re in Shimoga …. The spice, the variety is 10/10… the chicken velvet soup is my favourite of all

Oh, Kanauj restaurant, where do I even begin? Let's start with the starters, which were surprisingly decent. The only problem was that they were so similar, I couldn't tell them apart. I guess they thought we wouldn't notice? Moving on to the main course, the butter naan with chicken tadka was the saving grace. It actually had flavor! But oh dear, the biryani was drowning in masala. Did they mistake it for a spice festival? Now let's talk about the ambience. If only they knew what proper ventilation meant, maybe we wouldn't have left smelling like the kitchen. And don't get me started on the service. I'm pretty sure I could have grown a full beard waiting for my food. Snails move faster, seriously.
