Contribuisci feedbackI had an issue with my order and didn't realize until I got home. I called them and spoke with a gentleman named Lavon and he made everything right. I was super impressed with the level of customer service received and happy that they turned what could of been a negative experience, into a positive. AND they did it all with a smile. I was nervous to call cause I thought they wouldn't fix it since I had already left and couldn't get back for 2 days, but sure enough, went in today and they honored exactly what they said they would. The manager was super sweet and apologetic for the inconvenience. Appreciate her and her son for taking care of us. We've always been a fan, and will continue to bring our business here! Oh, and wings were fire! The Sweet Heat sauce was my fav!
This place was really good for a long time. But I usually get the Butler box. But changed up and got the chicken sandwich today. Terrible!! The fries were as good as usual. The sandwich was dry and didn't hardly have any sauce on it. Still good service. But they need quality control more on the food they serve.
You know, I was worried about this place. The chicken wasn't very good for a while after one guy stopped cooking. But I recently had it for the first time in years and it tasted just like I remember. Amazing. Edit for a week later: I take this back. It really depends on the day and who's cooking
I mean I had a bum wave at me. It's a very unorganized establishment. Wings were immaculate. You guys need a new location or hire security. You know how I can tell you don't care? I paid $30 for 20 wings. Your location had the impression I could by something else.
