Pennyweight Road - SHOAL BAY

We enjoyed breakfast at this restaurant a few times during our weekend in Shoal Bay and it was delicious. We opted for the $10 breakfast, which came with eggs, toast, bacon (or sausage), and a cup of coffee.

This is a great spot for breakfast. The banana bread was delicious and the Stockton Stack was fantastic. The coffee took a bit of time to come out, but was promptly served after mentioning it to the waitress.

The cafe was excellent for breakfast. They offer homemade banana bread in a different variety each day, such as raspberry or blueberry. Other breakfast choices were tasty and the coffee was fantastic. Although the wait time was a bit long, they notify you about it in advance. The lovely seating area across the road from the beach allowed for a relaxing experience before enjoying the meal.

Waste of time waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees -rudiculous - pretenious service appalling steer clear if this place unless u got all day to wait

Great coffee - best we had in Shoal Bay while visiting. Good value, delicious breakfast. Staff were friendly. Went back for breakfast on Wednesday but cafe was closed - no signage so not sure I'd normally closed or one off?? Heard chef/cook rouse on younger staff (perhaps daughter) which was off putting but would definitely return.
