I was here a few times. good value for money. I had the aale cake and maic I enjoy, but was also a little disappointed as not much meat filling. the personal was great and helped us in our questions. also coffees were not filled up. but they have doubled happily. will go back

The pub refurb is a good improvement, eating is better than before, the menu has a good choice and prices are quite good. the staff are friendly and polite, eating quickly came by in our lunch hour. eating was very good that we had cowboyburger and cajau and chips.

We are a group of older males who meet each Wednesday for lunch. There can be any number between two twelve of us. We tend to go for places that have an offer or vouchers to give them a try. This was why we went to The Beefeater on Southend Sea front. The meal was our 1st visit for a long time. All good, food was excellent very good value for money.

We love the new look of Meadow Lark! The music and the staff are both wonderful and helpful. Wendy behind the bar was incredibly friendly and cheerful. Frankie, with the blue hair, served us and was so sweet, graciously making some changes to our order without any fuss. They are truly amazing!
