Contribuisci feedbackUpdate (6/25/22): They are back open with the same owners! They now serve banh hoi (woven vermicelli), which is delicious and comes with crispy pork belly, fresh salad, and crushed peanuts—perfect for summer! Check out the picture below! This place is fantastic, and they make the best banh mi sandwiches. I visited them when they were at their previous location in Shoreline. Our favorite is the grilled pork banh mi; the bread is incredibly fresh. I'm also thrilled that they've added deep-fried egg rolls to the menu—crispy and filled with plenty of meat. The Vietnamese iced coffee is excellent, too. I'm happy they've reopened in Edmonds, and parking is easy. I tried their bun bo hue as a special (see picture below), and it was very good—not too spicy at all!
The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. This was my first visit, and I decided to give it a try based on the numerous positive reviews. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, offering suggestions about what to order as if I were a regular. I tried the grilled pork and fried meat, and it was absolutely delightful! I will definitely return soon. Thank you!
