Subway - Shoreline

Extremely rubbery meatballs with dry bread. Never going back.

I entered shop at 9:48. The sign clearly says OPEN but I was denied service. They said they were closed already. I know they close at 10 but if I could have ordered and paid I would have been out by 10.:00.

My husband and I were excited to get subway here because it's so close to our apartment. We ordered online and picked it up. We noticed one sandwich felt very light. Low and behold there is no meat in the sandwich. We drove back to tell the lady it was forgotten and she didn't even offer to remake it. She opened up the sandwich to inspect it then proceeded to heat up the missing meat and cheese separately, plopping it on top of the sandwich when it was ready. Mind you, this was ordered toasted so now it's soggy at this point with new heated up meat. Worst customer service ever. She could have at least apologized. We are not coming back to this location. Take your subway cravings elsewhere.

I paid 15 dollars for the sandwich, looks like they take the amount of meat you get in a 6 inch and spread it throughout a foot long. It's almost all bread. Won't be back to this location.

The girls here are very polite quick and efficient very cleanI always tip in cash because some businesses do not give the credit card tips to the employees
