Quiznos - Shoreview

The restaurant is in a fantastic location and I absolutely adore Quiznos! There aren't many of them around anymore, so it's a treat to find one. The staff is excellent and the service is top-notch. We dined in for lunch and enjoyed a delicious meal. The prices were very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.

I hadn't visited a Quizno's in a while, but I stopped by this one yesterday while in town and was blown away! If all Quizno's locations had the same quality, there would be many more of them. I've always been a fan of the Classic Italian sandwich, and it was just as delicious as I remembered. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area. The service was excellent, the meal was for takeout, and the price per person was between $10-20. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

Poor customer service, my boyfriend and I were the only two in there and they rushed us to order as soon as we walked in the door. I got a chipotle steak and cheddar and I asked for the peppers but no onions and I got peppers but not the ones the recipe calls for, I got banana peppers instead. My steak was soggy as if they didn't properly drain out the water and when I asked for extra chipotle she told me that it was already on there when I asked for extra... I usually am pretty understanding but I used to work at the Monticello location so I knew what I wanted and how customers should be treated and this ruined my experience, legitimately started crying because I had been looking forward to getting it all week just for the experience to end up being terrible...
