Taco Bell - Shorewood

Slow. (laughs) I sat 15 minutes in the drive and watched how three cars get out of the line and drive away because it just didn't move. I was in the past at this place and they are always slow, but the staff was always pleasant and my order was correct. To this day, silly slowly, as I said, to the point where people are just going away. I finally get my food and come home and it's the wrong order! I seem to have someone else. I tried to let them know so that it could be corrected, but no one answered the phone or it is the wrong number on google. at this point I will only eat away because the hell when I drive back and inline for another 20 minutes waiting for a corrected order. the lobby is closed so they can't even talk to someone quickly. You have to wait forever just to talk to someone! that's really ridiculous! update. has decided to give them a chance today. the line moved fast today and eating was great. I would have been through the drive under 4min, but the woman in front of me decided to order a whole little league team instead of ordering forward, so I was still sitting for over 14min.

During normal hours never open. I went there twice now and although I am in a position to see workers in the kitchen, they say they are closed. my guess is that they have a layer manager or junior manager who thinks he likes everyone by letting out the last two hours of their layer, playing in the kitchen instead of serving. if they can actually eat here, it is always either wrong, cold and rough, or has something that should not be like a hair or piece for paper towel. when it is a company location, I hope they see the bad reviews and turn them off until they get really management on site and place.

We had to wait in line for over 30 minutes at this restaurant. When we finally reached the window to place our order, we were given the wrong one. At the same time, a lady who had left before us returned to complain that her food was cold. When we got home, not only was our food cold, but the hard shells of our tacos were all broken.

They need more staff, waited about 45 minutes in the driveway. the 5 mesh boxes were all thrown into 2 large pockets without marking for special requested items. Nacho chips and cinnamon twists were left out of order.

I placed an order online for pick-up and the sign ON THE DOOR says open for pick-up only but they refused to bring me my food. I was told to wait in the drive thru line that was wrapped all the way around the building. If you aren't open for pick-up, take the sign off the door.
