Cashier forgot my orders twice, no apologies attitudes. Waited 20min for nothing. Wasting so much time on this one order. And they all seemed so mad when taking orders

They are never open. They cut their hours and are not even open during the updated hours. It?s so frustrating but I don?t see how they stay in business

I am very disappointed with the service in this place. My wife ordered a hot late and they served a cold drink. When my wife asked for the drink she ordered, the have her waiting for more than 30 min and it was not until the line was finished when they finally delivered the right item. Sunday Dec 27, 4:30 pm.

Excellent service! I went here today and yesterday and I saw the same two employees working there. One girl was satisfying me about my accommodation of wanting a sugar free ice storm beverage. Very honest and told me that almost the entirety of the drink would be sugar free except for the sweets. Very friendly people. Please promote her.

Very rude staff and they also charge me extra for the salad and i asked for the receipt the guy made me wait for the fork while he started serving the person standing behind me in line then asked me to wait for fork for my salad then he started saying rude things to me when i was leaving if there is no stars i would give 0 very rude staff
