Dairy Queen - Show Low

Ordered tonight with 20 minutes to close. Was asked if I knew what I wanted. When I said I wasn 't exactly sure, was rudely told "ok, well we close at 9. After that, every response by the girl was short and rude. It then took them 10 minutes to make the 2blizzards when I was the only customer. Top it off, there was vulgar rap music playing very loud throughout the building. Notvery good at all.

I believe this dairy queen is family owned and it sure shows!! The blizzards are always spot on and served with the best service. Their sizes are bigger than normal dairy queen's so you get more bang for you buck! I don't always make it up show low,but when I do with my wife it is a must stop on the way home????.

Although we just stopped in for Kohl's they were very nice and curious about where we came from and where we were going. I mean it just that much more pleasant to sit down and relax after a 3-hour drive.

They used to have the best toast and really good service. But the toast didn't have any butter, the fries were burnt and soft, and our food was ready but sat by the window for five minutes before someone asked us what we were waiting for and then grabbedour bag of food and handed it to us. Ehhhh. This place used to be awesome. You can definitely get better service somewhere else.

Wow. Love their food but they have major staffing issues. Waited at counter almost 10 min while mgr was putting out a fire (messed up cake order). Lady at counter was refunding people ahead of me cuz they waited forever for an ice tea and they hadnone. I then waited another 20+ minutes for food after they finally took my order. Make sure you have lots of time to wait.Heard alot of others complaining while I was there. The two stars are for food ONLY. I appreciate you anwsering all of yourreviews but all you say is sorry and hope you come again but offer no resolutions. You may want to change things so all thepeople with less than stellar reviews have incentive to come again. There is a DQ in Heber and they seem to have better service.
