Our favorite is a spinach and garlic in white....definitively good for vampire defense ha! If you didn't try it, you should really do it because it's so good.
Extremely understated with unfriendly, rude staff. No compliance with the Post-COVID guidelines, since all-you-can-eat salad bar had no clean shells for return journeys and customers back their own. A cartridge was sharply used by the staff for putting salad on his plate instead of using his bowl! A senior had his tip because unused pizza racks were left on small dinning tables. No employee offered to help him or to replace his drink. When he tried to clean the spilled drink with a bunch of napkins, what he could, an irate employee sneaked chairs began and made rude comments. Although food was reasonable and good, not worth the drama and post-COVID heating risks. Shield at the door said they were underoccupied and it showed in the lack of hospitality. No good way to run a failed business!
We ordered small size, five pizzzas. The pizzas are neither fresh nor tasty. The pizza was missing from spices. Save some money and get a frozen pizza from your local food.
I loved this place. We were visiting show low and were hungry and figured we'd try this place out. And it was amazing. The atmosphere is very fun and the employees are very welcoming. They have arcade games which were a blast. The salad bar has alot more toppings than I would've imagined and the food is out very quickly for how busy they were. The pizza and bread sticks were amazing I recommend this place!!
We were looking for a place to eat for my hubby's bday, as his mom wanted to take him out, as well as myself and our two kids. I wanted the salad bar but saw there was a sign saying due to short staff it would close at 6:30, it was about 6: 10 maybe. The rude younger girl said it was already closed... even though the food was still set up and uncovered, ready to be eaten. After I realized that, I questioned another employee... she said it closes whenever they decide because they are short staffed, on labor day weekend. We were there about an hour and the salad bar was still up. While waiting for the food, I made a couple trips up to the counter for a plate and silverware... both people extremely rude, tossed me the items with sour looks on their face. They say they are short handed but there was about 12 people just in the kitchen alone... drinking their soda, talking and literally just standing there. The food was less than average, didn't bother taking pictures. Wings were on the undercooked side, no ice in soda machine, sprite tasted awful, games in game room just took your money. The worst part was the staff... while eating the mean faced girl was throwing chairs around, scraping tables along the floor and tossing plates and silverware... to the point it turned other customers heads. At one point someone yelled from kitchen across entire dining room to stop throwing things. EVERY employee had poor attitude, and customer service and no gratitude for their customers or respect for their job. WORST dining experience I have EVER encountered. It's a shame to spend 63$ on a bday meal for good experience and good food and family time and end up with a disaster of a dining experience. VERY disappointed... this place needs major help and a completely new crew. Been in food and customer service my whole life. This place was a disgrace. I try only writing nice reviews but can't find anything that was enjoyable here. There was one nice guy... the one who gave us our to go box. If there is that much lack of work ethic here that is seen, I can only imagine what that kitchen looks like and behind the scenes. Long Wongs highly suggested, even dominoes or little Caesars could do this. Won't be back... which I'm sorry to say. The enviornment was nice. ONLY thing I enjoyed was my family.
