It was the worst pizza ever had from Johnny?s. Greasy hard to get slices off inside of box. Finally removed from box to be able to try to eat. Actually did not eat bu one slice each.
This is my second time ordering from this restaurant and I have encountered issues both times. The staff here provides poor customer service. I placed an order online and went to pick it up. I paid for the order and the employee at the counter asked me to wait for a minute. After waiting for 30 minutes, I approached her and she informed me that she had no clue about my order. I then overheard another employee in the kitchen joking with a colleague about deliberately messing up our order. In my view, this location needs to replace its entire staff as the ladies working here are extremely unprofessional.
The Lunch Buffet was dismal. I spent my whole 30 minute lunch break in the restaurant and there were only two pizzas on the buffet the entire time. Every table in the restaurant was dirty. I saw customers searching for a place to sit, eventually havingto choose a dirty table to eat at. There was a big puddle of water on the floor right near the cashier and no one ever paid itany attention. Customer were constantly having to walk around it carefully as to not slip and fall. I definitely feel I wascheated. I spent $13 on a buffet and a drink and was only able to eat two pieces of pizza. The days of Johnny?s being myfavorite pizza are long gone evidently. I could have eaten a frozen pizza in the comfort of my own home and had a betterexperience.
I have tried to call this restaurant two weekends in a row to place a to-go order, but nobody answered. My daughter and I ended up going to the store to place our order in person. While I was in the store, my daughter continued to call but no one answered the phone. There were two girls cleaning the salad bar and another gentleman standing behind the cashier not attending to the phone that was ringing constantly. It seems like the owner is losing a lot of money due to the staff's lack of attentiveness. I have a video of the situation and would be happy to provide it if the owner wants to verify. Unfortunately, I am unable to post videos.
